I don't like most unofficial shippings, be they male x female, male x male, or female x female. I think it has more to do about fans shipping characters that have absolutely nothing in common and lusting about the pairings than the fact it's an homosexual (or heterosexual) pairing.

That or I don't like that these fans need to over-sexualize every relationship. What happened to people being just friends (or rivals) without wanting to get into the other person's pants?
