A. If I remember correctly, she first gives you the Echo Ring in Mi'ihen Highroad. Then in Remiem, for the first time you get 30 X-Potions. Every time after that you get 5 Mana Spheres, I think. So that would equal Echo Ring, 30 X-Potions and 10 Mana Spheres. I also seem to recall that if you didn't beat Shiva in the Calm Lands then you got one of the Souls from Belgemine after beating Ifrit in Remiem Temple for the first time, though that's probably wrong so I'll leave it at my first answer.
