It comes with component cables. Not HDMI. HDMI is better. Not that an Elite is worth it for the cable alone; you can pick one of those up individually on the cheap.
Microsoft's inflated prices for their harddrives are ridiculous, but that 120 GB drive is really a far better option than the 20 GB. For starters, you only have access to around 13 gigs of the 20 GB drive; the rest is reserved for system resources or some other. If you ever plan on downloading anything hefty such as Oblivion's Shivering Isles, Halo or Call of Duty map packs, or some television shows, you'll fill it up fast. As long as you don't mind deleting demos or videos after you've played/watched them you'll likely not run out of space, but the 20 GB is not large enough to really serve as a permanent storage space.
