Either dice an apple (I bake mine slightly before hand... tastes better imo), mix it with cinnamon and than cook like a normal omelet. You can also use apple sauce but I don't think it tastes as good.

Restaurants will usually make it with apple sauce if you order it somewhere. They will also look at you funny.


I make a lot of things with apples Some of which... aren't good at all. Never know until you try though.
