The concept of a Shaolin monk wandering the Old West and writing wrongs probably could have stood on its own, but Carradine's performance was what made <i>Kung Fu</i> a cultural touchstone. Everyone who liked him in Kill Bill owes it to themselves to Netflix it, or torrent it, or whatever. An appreciation for Kwai Chang Caine will enrich your sensibilities and do better to honor the actor's memory.
