Umm, Taking a wild guess! There is that room in Cosmo Canyon... The first time you come here, after the buggy break down its ropped off, but if you revisit Cosmo Canyon then the ropes are removed and there's like 3 items in there. So is it than room?
It could also be the sealed door leading to the gi cave
