the arrest at junon happenes after summiting the ice mountains and completing the whirlwind maze, yes? then you wake up in custody with meteor hanging high in the sky, and are sentenced to execution by gas chamber, but then Emerald (i think) WEAPON attacks and you get free because of it?
that period of the game? i remember a butt load of details of that game, but as time goes on, they get rearranged in my head :P
