Atlus is a Japanese company. Atlus USA is a branch of the Japanese company focused on localizing the games for North America. Demon's Souls and this game are both from a different Japanese company. Atlus has nothing to do with games that are not developed by Atlus Japan (i.e. Shin Megami Tensei/Persona) going to Europe.
