Well for a start this town isn't getting anywhere until the 'confirmed' townies take a step down from lining up the non-confirmed town and deliberating which ones to pick off. Everybody on the 'fishy' list has no reason to speak because the target's on their heads only, but if we keep quiet we know Valefor will get lynched. I understand you have put facts to theories and that's pretty good, but this town is starting to develop authorities and every day you'll pick a new target and everybody else will stfu until they have to say something.

Things that don't make sense about Titan

• His vote for Ramuh because he thought he was arrogant
• His unvote for Ramuh and then vote for Catuar because she was being a jerk
• Despite the fact that if he were the psychiatrist, he'd know that Cactuar was telling the truth and she could her in the game
• Catuar saying he was a Psychologist
• Having a serial killer and a psychiatrist yet him being able to do investigations on others
• Doomtrain coming up as a Dude yet Titan said they were insane

Ifrit, theory 2 is also possible. I find both of your theories to be equally possible. Howeverr, I have a slight bias against Siren due to the fact that she hasn't done hardly a thing to even pretend to help. Laying oh so very low is not helpful in the least and a very good reason for me to believe her to be Cult leader.
