I disagree. The importance of visuals over everything else wasn't nearly as prevelent back then, particularly because you could only go so far with the hardware available at the time (which is why the variation in graphical quality wasn't nearly as wide as it is in today's games). I never said it wasn't important to developers...it wasn't more important to them than making the rest of the game work right, which it has been in a lot of cases the last couple gens.![]()
