No, it means I have bought it one hour ago. In one of the great stores where I live I can always buy the new released things the afternoon/evening before they release because they are already displayed so people can rush into the store in the morning of the release date and buy it without waiting.
Why would people rush in during the morning when they can stop by the afternoon/evening beforehand anyway?
