I run my own business and have for the past 4 years or so. Only about 2 years doing it full time though. It's half super duper awesome (I get to work in my pajamas!) and half, super duper stressful. The work never stops. If you're not actually doing the work, you're thinking about it, planning things out in your head, dreaming about it. Everything is on you. But I wouldn't have it any other way. Almost everyone in my family (and extended family) owns their own business. Entrepreneurship is kind of expected.
