(SPOILER)I'm going to willingly call handicap on this topic haha. See I've actually had time with Leanne as a character in-game. I adore her as a person, which makes me adore her looks more-so. Which is how she managed to edge out KOS-MOS with me, as I adore KOS-MOS. Hi-tech, weaponized, android women are high on my imagination's list of wants. But she doesn't come equipped with the personality to accentuate the package like Leanne does(SPOILER)

As for poor Mio. At least I experienced a game with KOS-MOS. I've never dealt with or heard of Mio before she came up as Babe of the WeekSo I'm totally willing to concede that she may be better than Leanne. (She's definitely got the looks to stand up to, or even surpass her). She's just not as well exposed. So if she loses, the loss can likely be attributed to ignorant voters, rather than just being "out-babe'd". So it would merely be a case of bad luck, rather than out-right losing
