I want a game that forces me to learn, think and adapt. (You lose all points for telling me I picked the wrong type of game then, because I was inquiring if the sequel went this way or not)How about just playing the game the way you want to play it?
EDIT: Thinking about it further, the way I like to play is to figure out how to utilize the tools at my disposal to complete my objectives as well as possible. In AC I quickly found out that the basic knife/run/fight worked faster/easier than using any other options at my disposal so I became bored with the game quite quickly. The part of the game I enjoy is figuring out which is most effective.
My point was it is no challenge. I would like something that forces me to learn to use all of my moves as effectively as possible, not a 'use whatever you think is coolest because its impossible to fail'.I'm with Roto on this. This might be the first time I've seen someone look at a game presenting the player several viable options for completing a challenge as being a bad thing.
