Comfort Foods

I have to do I don't want to do today, so I've got myself a jar of peanut butter and I'm eating out of it with a spoon. It is fantastic! It makes my mood go from - 5 to +20. Peanut butter is a mood stabilizer.

What are your comfort foods? What do you eat to cheer yourself up on icky days?

Sushi is my comfort food. Especially squid nigiri.

I have more comfort foods, but I'm trying not to comfort myself with food 'cause I don't want to be a fatty. I'll try and stick with some hot green tea and yoga.

I looooove peanut butter. I don't really look for specific foods every time I don't feel well, but Reese's Peanut Butter Cups always improve my day.

Comfort food? Hmm usually just some chocolate I guess, normally when feeling I'll wander down the shop and buy like a £1 - £1.20 bar of cadbury's chocolate. Preferably Whole Nut.

The two things that I frequently will tell myself "smurf it, I'm getting this for me." are Cherry Coke and Swedish Fish. Not necessarily together, but they each make me very happy to have.
