If you can play FF14 with a 500 dollar desktop I'd like to know how. Probably running it on low resolution (windowed mode) with only one active monitor (if del has 2)

@ Del - since you won't need to get everything new, you can probably build a decent PC with a 1 gig video card from a year or year half ago. That should run FF14
