Company policy is supposed to ban members who have second accounts. However most of the staff are all guilty of this anyway, so welcome to EoFF, land of hypocrisy!

Company policy is to ban the second account, not the member! The member is just told that it is a very naughty thing to do and not to do it again. Or, in cases such as this one where there has been no attempt at deceiving their identity and it has occurred due to a forgotten password, the accounts are merged and nobody is in trouble whatsoever!

Also the staff have second accounts to test things, okay?
