Barbie Race and Ride is the greatest game ever

FFVI was the first entry of the series I played on my own, so I'm biased towards it. I'm not certain I actually have a favourite game, but it's among the games I would rank as tied for favourite ever. Its plot certainly isn't really all that original (in addition to reusing themes from earlier in the series, it also reuses themes from the Dragon Quest series, particularly Dragon Quest V, an obvious influence on the second half of the game), but who gives a flying smurf about originality. It's fun to play, it has a compelling plot with relatable characters, and it has one of the very best game soundtracks ever composed.
