You're role is only what you are told. There are roles that can change during the course of the game, and if yours did change you would be told.

What Kou is reffering to is when there is a part to your role that you don't know about. The main roles that can have this are Cop and Doctor.

They can be Naive where they don't actually have any effect.

Insane where the cop gets the wrong result and the doctor has a 50/50 of killing the target instead of protecting him.

Paranoid which for the cop they always get Scum as a result and the paranoid doctor kills the target unless a seperate killing role targets the same person.

It depends on the setup. If there are multiple cops or doctors then it is more likely than not for one to be normal (sane) and the other to be impaired. While some like the naive roles are compleatly useless, others like the insane cop are just as useful as the normal variation if the person figures out he is insane.

Well Rise, I guess I'll have to believe you this time.
In my opinion BOTH Yukiko and Hanako may be guilty, that would explain Yukiko retreating her vote. However Yukiko is the only one who can defend herself seeing that Hanako is inactive. Well anyway, if you've lied than you're going down the next day anyway. Night guys. I'll probably check back as early as I can.
