I lost my mind trying to get the perfect ending, I think I missed like 0.1% and I deleted the save and threw the game back into its bloody box!
Even with a guide, it's almost impossible to get the perfect ending on the first try, simply because the game registers completion in tenths of a percent but displays it rounded to the nearest whole number.
