the death overlord is an unleveled enemy so it stays the same strength the whole game, equate it to the legendary deathclaw in fallout.

My PS3 is lagging while playing Skyrim in some places surely that shouldn't happen?
Happens to me as well. I hope this is fixed in some patch, since it can be quite annoying at times.
After creating my super-awesome mega-powerful sword of freaking doom, I had to switch to master, or everything would be too easy. I can 2-hit a giant on expert with that thing. Gha... it does kinda ruin the fun to be this powerful sometimes. I like things to be challenging, yet I also love to make insanely powerful equipments. What a dilema.

ok so i just bought skyrim today...but have no elder scrolls knowledge...
what is the best race to play as for a newbie like me? i tend to prefer physical attacking to magic and would like to dual wield as often as possible
i've started a new game as a khajit ( because it looks the coolest :P) but that's just for a few hours til i get to grips with how this game works
It's finished, it's just laggy. I think words such as "broken game" and "unfinished game" get thrown around too easily when dealing with video games. It's broken if it doesn't allow you to do what you should be able to do in a game and it's unfinished if not everything that the developers state should be in the game are in the game. If it's laggy, it's just laggy.
Bow before the mighty Javoo!
Whichever one you'd prefere/think looks the best. This really isn't the kind of game where it's worth making a character based on statistic bonuses, if you ask me.
...though I would probably say that the Bretons are the "best" overall, because of their high natural magic resistance, which is VERY useful. But you really don't need any race-specific attributes or abilities to enjoy and make it through this game with whichever kind of playstyle you prefere, so just make a character you like.
