My dog is OBSESSED with cheddar cheese. Whenever I grab the pack to cut up some slices and she hears the rustling of the pack, she comes over to the counter, sits down and stares at me with puppy dog eyes. It's so funny.

I love all sorts of cheeses. I usually have provolone or swiss on sandwiches, and cheddar for most other things (although cheddar is best with roast beef sammiches).

Parmesan cheese is also great.

Dammit, now I'm just hungry. I love many cheeses. Growing up, there was a super fancy cheese store near my Nana's house in Beverly Hills that we'd go to sometimes, and I loooved looking at and smelling all the cheeses, even when I was little.
