FFVIII is a very nice game to look at. Rinoa is pretty, Selphie is cute, Seifer looks badass, Laguna has one of my favorite 80s hairstyles - it's all very superficially pleasing.

TBH, I'm not overly fond of any of these designs.

I'll go with Aerith, her dress and jacket is cute and practical while suiting her character.

Serah's FFXIII outfit is clearly catering to the Japanese School-girl fantasy. I quite like her outfit there.

As for the others, Fran's outfit just has no flair whatsoever, and is just a skimpy battle-suit, I quite liked Fang's Indian sari style dress, and I still cannot work out how the people of Cocoon didn't find Vanille's tribal gear the least bit odd in a highly technical society.

Overall? Serah. Though it is quite a large choice.
