At my second job, we get to see how well we do sales wise during the month. At the end of my shift on the 13th I was at the bottom and having a terrible sales month. Now I'm #3 top sales person and I didn't sell anything over $500.

Little Achievements: I get excited every time I kill a new raid boss in WoW or get new loot off a boss we've killed before. This week we killed two new raid bosses! No new loot for me though

Nobody had hit 1,000 yet (which was the highest valid thing there was) but there were a few ranks that were defaulted to 'is cool' that I'd never bothered updating. I've fixed it all the way through to 1,000 now, though.
