You must raise gil in order to support your party and keep it running. Throughout this election, you will have opportunities presented to you in order to gain gil. Currency is the life-blood of society. Anyone who tells you any differently is lying to you and to themselves. These campaigns need funds, people!
The more gil you have, the more tasks you can unlock for your party to complete, allowing you to obtain even more gil and for the public to judge your progress as a party. The amount of gil you have will not affect whether or not your party makes it to the next round, but it will affect how well your party appears to be doing from an economic standpoint and whether or not you have what it takes to represent the nation of Eyes on FF. As Election Booth, I reserve the right to issue extra spontaneous gil for impressive creativity or an over-the-top job put into an answer session or task.
After the first round of voting, I will disclose how much gil each party has obtained from their task completion. There will be tasks you may choose to "buy" with your gil, or you may make a donation to an EoFF-Approved Non-Profit Organizational Charity, which in itself may hold more rewards for you down the road. Or if you want to hoard all your gil and use it for naught, you have that option as well.
Which will you choose? Which option reflects your party and its core values? You'll need to take a look through your funds after I disclose the amounts. The presidents will also be issued a task via mognet that can help their parties obtain gil or lose gil based on the decisions they make.
This will all be revealed tomorrow after I receive the last completion PMs.
