Chorizo - Chorizo? Damn that's fancy. I do definitely always have some sausage in there though
Jalepenos/Serranos - Eh. Give or take. Definitely not an everyday thing.
Tomatoes & Tomatillos - Not Tomatillos, but Tomatoes are obviously important
Sour Cream - My mum loves the stuff, so it's always in the fridge because of her. 
Crisco - Don't know what this is. 
Onions & Garlic - But of course for the onions. Garlic is very much a rarity. 
Spinach - Eh. Not a neccessity. 
Cheese - But of course
Potatoes - But of course
Rice - But of course
Flour - But of course
Tomato Sauce - But of course
Chicken Boullion - Boullion? What's that!
Corn Tortillas - I happen to love fajitas, so for me this is pretty much an everyday purchase
Dried Beans (Black & Pinto) - I'm not so keen, so perhaps not an everyday thing. 
			
		 
	 
 Decent list there actually, but I've got a few additions, at least for me:
Packet Noodles - While they are unhealthy, they are great for a snack
Lettuce, cucumber etc (Salad stuff) - Always good for that health boost
Cereal - Mmmmm
Bread - How is bread NOT an everyday purchase? At the very least, baguettes are heavenly
Salsa - Mainly to go with the fajitas.
Butter - To go with bread. Handy for baking as well I suppose
I can't think of any more definite neccessities. There probably is more, but I can't be asked rummaging through my kitchen looking at food.
