I went back through and added all of the ones in this thread since my last post. Furthermore, I had mis-typed one of them (Black Magic Shopkeeper) and so that is now fixed as well.


As for the blue chests - I'm not 100% certain how to open them, but from what I understand there's a key you get in one of the later chapters because the chests all have super awesome trout in them.
