Sports games, I have quite a few of the FIFA games and I'll be damned if I can get anybody to sit down next to me and give me a game. The closest I managed is with one friend who simply put the ball in his own goal to annoy me.
Mass Effect as well, I've bought the first game for two separate people for their birthdays in the hope that they'll share my appreciation for it, neither of them are particularly interested.

Dance Dance Revolution, hell Rhythm games in general that are not TheaterRhythm. I am also the only one of my circle of RL friends that likes FFXII while they all prefer the awful FFX and XIII.
I also can't get my GF into Final Fantasy no matter how hard I try thanks to douche FF fanboy friends she used to know. On the bright side I did get her addicted to Metal Gear Solid so I guess that's a thing.

Remember all those commercials about how your friends will try to get you to do drugs and you just have to say yes? Well it's the same thing but with FFX. FFX will give you superpowers, like Tony at the end of Scarface.

IRL coworkers - I don't bother talking about videogames with most of them, I think the only one we have in common is Skyrim.
Online friends - I swear to god I can't talk to half of you because all you guys ever play are JRPGs and that's one of my least-played genres.
Some of you have pretty good taste though (people who show up in my SMAC or Morrowind threads, I'm talking about you guys)
