There are really only two things you can do with super curly hair - buzz it all the time, or let it grow out super long. I didn't mind the afro phase but it's not work appropriate, and I HATE the transition period from comfortable afro to ear/neck length. Every time I get it cut, I get 10-15 inches off, but never up past my shoulders.
But yeah, glasses!
My hair's probably a couple inches longer than this now. Apparently the last time I had a photo with my hair down was a couple months back. And it's got that worked-all-day kink in it now from being pulled back that wouldn't make for a very demonstrative photo.
Oh, and I have less beard, because I've been trying to wean myself down to nothing for cosplay next month.
