The closest thing I can buy nowadays at the store are popping candy Freddos and while they are delicious, it's just not the same, and I can't use that for cooking.

Jess, are you talking about the cereal w/ the little marshmallows? It's still available here. Maybe the Brits didn't take to a cereal w/ a leprechaun mascot. They're magically Catholic!
