Kenta, I've only read part of the book, but it seems to be a very unhealthy BDSM relationship that doesn't know it's unhealthy and seems to have no understanding of what an actual BDSM relationship is.

But like I said, I haven't read all of it (I found it pretty insulting) and movies usually change stuff, so who knows
