Yes, but what does that exactly mean for designing them? Is there already one doing that? And what is with the Scenario?

Not too much really, in terms of physical appearance I just use a generator. The Scenario is that Loony BoB is dead, EoFF has been replaced by a mysterious tower, but the key to restoring EoFF is at the very top. Our heroes must climb it to save EoFF.
