The sandwich is "state-of-the-art" as in a modern interpretation of items between bread. Holly is worried about the "state of the floor" as this concoction is messy due to it containing three eggs, chilli sauce & chutney.
Just forget it. This whole joke set-up was the biggest waste of time since they decided to make Speed 2: Cruise Control.
I always assumed Holly meant if the sandwich was puked up myself
