The 2014 Miss Universe Pageant, which was overdue because it is 2015 now, was last night. The outgoing Miss Universe, Gabriela Ister of Venezuela, crowned her successor, Paulina Vega of Colombia; it is Colombia's second win; its last was way back in 1958. The 1st runner-up was Nia Sanchez, Miss USA.
