Ages of characters...

Hi there, just wondering I have done searches on the internet and I've seen people post the ages, weights, and blood types of not only the main characters, but supporting characters like banon, arvis and general leo....where do people get this information it would be kind of interesting to read if it is indeed accurate....it seems to vary from site to site.

Most of it was listed in the official strategy guide or the instruction manual that came with the game. All I remember is Shadow being ??.

Anyway, yeah, some of these are pretty weird. For example, I'm 6'7" and I weigh less than Celes. (160, I'm skinny.)

Celes is a soldier, so her extra weight is most likely muscle.

Most of the ages look about right, but 18 seems quite young for a general.

I checked the SF, SNES, PSOne and GBA game manuals and they don't list the age, weight or blood type of any of the characters. I don't know if there is an "official", or canon, source that lists what they are. I don't consider the "official" strategy guides canon because they aren't produced by Square. I know for my site I picked ages and weights that seemed appropriate and picked blood types at random to flesh out the site.

They do have official ages and basically no more than two are same (Terra and Celes are 18 and Edgar and Sabin are 27, and I think that's all that are the same if I can remember right off the top of my head). So instead of listing each individual age, I'll just suggest an awesome site like Wikipedia to look 'em up. I'd be shocked if you couldn't find them there.

The list is more or less accurate but there are three things that are incorrect from what I have found. Using a wikipedia-like site designed specifically for Final Fantasy information (Here (http://finalfantasy.wikia.com/)) the following changes are made:

Celes Chere is actually 128 pounds.
Mog is actually 97 pounds.
Sabin and Edgar are 26 years old.

Everything else, according to that site, is correct as far as I have found. It isn't exactly official, but given the nature of the website, I'm more inclined to trust it.

I trust random websites on the internet as far as I can throw them. Wikipedia is compiled by random people on the internet. It is not a reliable source, although it usually has accurate and good information.

My mom got married at age... 24 and she weighed 99 pounds. I'm 20 years old, a guy, 5'8" and weigh about 130. I'm not anorexic, some people just have smaller builds.
