FF7 cosmo canyon freeze problem

guys im having problem on observatory in cosmo canyon.. can anyone help me pls. im desperate..

And is your disc scratched or is your drive dusty?

Yeah, moved to the FFVII forum.

and are you playing this for Playstation or PC? If you're playing on PC then maybe someone on the internet could play through that part for you and give you your save file back. If you're on Playstation I guess you might be out of luck. It would often freeze on that spot for me on my playstation.
