And the only one even remotely looking like Sephiroth is a woman. Avril Lavigne. They have have similiar mouth as someone who watched Advent Children and her video "When you're gone" might notice. Not that it is the only face Sephiroth ever got. But at least to notice it.

They can't even get a CGI movie of Final Fantasy right. I don't want to see one live action.

That list is complied up of actors I either don't know, or can't see working in the role. Orlando Bloom as Reno? Leonardo DiCaprio as Rufus? Samuel L. Jackson as Barret? He'd get the profanity down, but that character is so meant to be played by Mr. T it's not even funny. Even though Mr. T probably wouldn't be good as Barret either.

She DOES look like Sephiroth, but I'm personally against casting people just because they physically look like the person in question. They have to have the talent too.

My motivation is by casting for personality and "feel", not necessarily looks.

Sam Jackson doesn't look like Barret. He can pull off a passionately intense, even bitter, guy with a dark past and strong ideals though. He can give speeches about the planet and make it resonate.
