Movement of Gardens

Hey, I just got done with the second disk, and I saw that Galbaldian (sry if I misspelled it) was flying as well, and I thought about something, "I wonder if all Gardens fly?" So, if any one really KNOWS, that would clear up that question I have

Hmm. I'd say that most of the Gardens could potentially fly, yes. They're built in old Centra shelters, most of which are mobile. Well, since Trabia was the only other Garden in the game besides Galbadia and Balamb, I guess we can say for sure that nearly all of the Gardens can fly. Trabia Garden probably would've been mobile, if it hadn't been damaged.

Yeah, ironicaly the Centra bases were bomb shelters....Some-one from trabia should complain..

They were never described as 'bomb shelters', just 'shelters'. I reckon they were mobile bases for safety and exploration, perhaps so they could move their people quickly to avoid the Lunar Cry.
