Riding on a bird near the bubbling transporter, (You find Zidane's Ultimate Weapon by using a Dead Pepper while on a chocobo near the Shimmering Isle bubbles)
Travel to the beyond, then return to the place of tranquility,
You will find me there.(You need to go to The Beyond to get Tidus' Sun Sigil, then go to the Calm Lands to get his Caladbolg)

This is what puzzles me. It appears to be something about a situation where the Eidolons provide no help, and I'm thinking something along the lines of Brahne's thirst for power and her path of destruction (and perhaps her use of the Eidolons). It doesn't really seem to fit in with the 'annual liberation' part, and that's the source of my confusion.

Would it happen to be Final Fantasy Tactics? There were mentions of time travel & Cloud... So it has to be Tactics, as there are many references to Final Fantasy VII in that game, like the crater for instance. He travelled through time to the Tactics era, which was like a totally different era of time in Final Fantasy. It also might be FFVIII, which also made references back to FFVII... I don't know otherwise.

However, the entire riddle is about the letters in his name, not his actions or opinions, so you should still be able to figure it out. Or throw yourself out a window in frustration.
