You have to do the CC-sidequest. The CC King ;) has the Gilgamesh Card...

You have to do the CC-sidequest. The CC King ;) has the Gilgamesh Card...Yes. You have to play and beat the entire CC group in Balamb Garden; the leader of the group has what you're trying to find.
