Reporting?

I was wondering, what is the proper way to report a thread? I know there's the Warn button, but what about things that aren't spam, advertising, or problematic? Say, for example, what if you noticed a thread that was posted in the wrong forum? What would be the right way to do let an Admin/CK know about it? Same thing with signatures that are too big. Just wanted to know. :)

Hit warn anyway, and say "wrong forum" or "big bad sig" or words to that effect? :p
