This is Owen's style, he made it and he came up with it. you could have at least said you took it from him.... This blue one looks exactly like his Evanescence one..

Yeah..the sig with the paper clip is definitely one of Owen's many styles..but..Aoria.I don't think Owen will have hard feelings even someone used his style..I'm sure he's really happy about it..it's just him.I've been through much with him and I don't think he's one that will force others to credit him..anyway leave it as it is..

Those are some new styled sigs and it's a great improvement..honestly..in the red mage sig and those two sigs quoted by Aoria..I saw Owen's shadow in it..his style..

The fonts are from Microsoft XandrewX It's Arial plus Arial Bold and Agency FB I think :)

I skipped from Page 1-7-11-18 and it's easy to tell how you've gradually gotten better and I must say your sigs at the moment are beautiful, I particularly love the Rikku wallpaper you designed.

Yes you do, or unless you know how to blend layers very well, but it won't turn out as good. Basically just a bunch of filters/brushes with multiple layers, then brushing bits of the edges around the image to make it blend in.

I never cut renders anymore-I just use the whole image and work with it.

I used to do that too but that's not good or at leats Ali told me so ;) I usually mix brushes and c4ds then I paste the image and cut or if I'm using a transparent render I just paste it and work on the image! ^^" It's easier than working with the image as bg and image itself!;)

Well I'm not good at avatars..neither commenting on it..well to me it looks fine and nice.Except for the Shinigami Ryuk which I think if you preserve the original colour the avy will look better..other than that I think all is really good.Especially the 'Don't Look Back' avy is really beautiful.

All those avys are good..just that it doesn't reflect the characteristic of the character though..Well just my opinion because Squall is more like a silent person I think a darker bg and colder bg will work nicely..just my opinion anyway.

wow Polaris the avatars are your best so far, my faves are the squall, rinoa, seifer and selphie ones... they really suit the characters and the text is best in them...

and about the sigs, the first and last one are the best, really nice effects and colors, plus the text is really nice, borders and blending is good too :) the other two are good as well...

For some reasons I prefer girl and boy kissing..

The text in the sig is a little hard to read..but the text blends quite ok with the sig..and maybe you make it in a rush?Because it looks kinda..anyway only my opinion is that the border is too thick..just my opinion..But the waves are nice..Good Luck.

about the border, i have to say that i disagree with XandrewX, i think the border is really simple and it fits the sig perfectly,

but i do have one minor comment... i think the sig is way to edgy, you should have blurred it, doesn't have to be much just like, perhaps gaussian blur with the ratio of 1,00 just to make it less edgy... but it's still a great sig polaris :)

EDIT: Btw, i like the text and the font is awesome:) ... I have to find better fonts:rolleyes2 :p

I just said that the border is somehow too thick that's all..:eep: Every sig I created had borders too...just don't be too special with the borders because..sometimes something must be kept simple..just my opinion though...

wow polaris, i've haven't been here as much and look at your sigs xD they're getting so good. For the latest sig, i don't like how all the text are in that font. Try mixing different fonts together

For the angel one, I think it's too bright for tha background, and it's kind of hard to read the smaller text (Too transparent.) I like the render though.

These last ones are so great -womenly- lol, just one simple advice when making a sig with a light source like these last ones try and make the light come from the right angel. like the third one the light in the image is coming from the bottom left corner while you've placed it in the upper right corner. Keep it up, you've got some potential for angelic looking sigs, I think that's what you're best at. ^^

the last latch the awsome the lighting, blending and the text aswell all flawless haha ;) One thing ive noticed is the white dots u always use (similar to squalls line habit:p ) they seem to be the Polaris trade mark, haha you use it well. Ive tried to replicate the dots but it turns out yuk for me :mad:

I would go with the first or second. I think the first one's outline is too thick or too 'boring' and the left side feels emptier than it should when compared to the rest of it. The second feels too empty on the far left. And I just don't like how you integrated the images as much as I liked how you integrated them on the first one. I also don't like the way the text is done as well as I like it in the first one[personal preference these last two comments are].

The third one isn't bad. But it loses points due to being overly simple[simple isn't bad... but I think you went to the extreme on that one]. It is also very empty and the text is a bit difficult for me to read. Definitely my least liked of the three[though not exactly a bad effort].

In the end I would probably go with the first one because I like the overall feel/potential the best.

OMGSH! :eek: I can't believe how amazing you've got over the past few months. The blue one in the batch before last is the greatest sig I've ever seen!

Just seeing you do these makes me miss making sigs. Smurfing messed-up computer of mine.

Timster is right, you really do have nothng to improve on. But I think The Fonz is right about the sig your currently using, I think that it doesn't really have the same feel to it as your other sigs.

Just used two brushes (one smudge) and the sparkle ^^ the rest was displacing and adding layers and light!

the last one is amazing i can't believe it's just two brushes... that takes alot of skill polaris, very well done! It looks great, and it's a nice contrast to your usually bright and cheerful sigs :) which are awesome btw... don't get me wrong about that ;)

and The Fonz i'm sorry but i don't agree with you about the text, i think it fits the sig really well, both the font and size... if it were smaller it would probably have gotten all cluttered and i don't think it would suit the bg either... that's just my opinion though so...

anyways i'm looking forward to more polaris :)
