hello i just found out that in order to be able to send mail both people must add each other and then the both need to click mog house at the exact same time is this right or am i just not understanding what the instruction booklet says

partially correct, you both have to add each other, but you don't both have to click moghouse at the same time, you can recieve it at any time.
