today i challenged mysel!!
im the worst cook ever..
and today i decided to make some cooked potatoes with cauliflower and a piece of meat.

its actualy the first time that im cooking like this. most of the time it would be simply some baked potatoes and some meat...

i didnt had much confidence in it. the cauliflower was a bit hard en the saus was soupie

But those potatoes... omg they were the best EVER!
I am a potatoe goddes!! they just melted away on my tongue and i will never forget them :')

becaus of my great (potatoe)cooking i think i deserve a pat on the back :')

    i made cauliflower and potatoes again today :')
    Sweet jezus they were good!!
    this time the cauliflower was 'softer' and the saus thicker..
    the potatoes were once again verry tasty..
    im getting good at this :')

    You're not the worst cook ever now, for sure. I think I always had that title though. I can burn water.

    Keep working on it and get tips from cauliflower and sauce experts until you get it right! This kind of thing pays off in the long run.
