    I submitted it late, so I don't know if I have a whole lot of recourse. I submitted it late for a reason though: the week it was due I was on university organised work-experience. I emailed to arrange to drop it off on the monday, but my teacher didn't respond to my email. I figured I'd wait until I got a response before I got anything, because I mean clearly if she didn't respond to that email further ones would be pointless, but no she just smurfed it up and did the email address wrong so I didn't get to submit it. There's apparently going to be talks between her and the course coordinator and I'm hoping I get some leniency, otherwise I will appeal to their emotional sides and point out some of the other issues going on

    Well I had a bit of an injury at training which soured my mood. Plus my incompetent teacher is failing one of my major assessment items so I'm probably going to end up failing a class and setting back my graduation date. And I'mma have to find a new place to live because our landlord is being screwed by his ex wife so a new place has to happen almost immediately. I hate moving, had to do it (now) three times this year.

So, as I exited the taxi, I performed my usual check. Nope, nothing has been left behind. Good. I bend over to retrieve my backpack from the back seat and leave. The taxi drives away.
