I think the fastest way to gather Hi-Ethers is thru treasure chests in Ridorana Cataract. The great thing about doing this is that it won't cost you a fortune like in the Bazaar.
The Feywood is also a decent place.
I actually don't really care about the Hi-Ether itself. I'm just a little obsessive about completing everything.Quote:
