They've been replaced by the personal photo albums function that EoFF now has. Instead, there is now a general picture thread somewhere in GC.

1) they're in member profiles now. The album got really broken so when VB shipped a user picture album feature, we just used it instead
2) nod is inactive, cbc is banned and still frequents #eoff

I'm not sure if that's the evolutionary reason, but it's definately what I use them for too.
