About exercise.
2 years ago I was able to touch my toes stretching with ease. Now I struggle to touch them.
I forgot what I did, but is there like a set of exercises I can do that enhances flexibility? I still haven't been able to do splits.

The only thing I know that you can do is keep stretching. Keep trying to touch your toes and keep trying to do splits and hold it there :) When I was in ballet (for many years ! x.X) I was so flexible but I lost most of it, now.
Exercise? What is this you speak of?
breakdance
i dont bother with excersise much, i walk to and from school surely thats enough :choc:
I have no idea. Unfortunately, I've never been able to touch my toes.
I used to be able to get my whole fingers past my toes while sitting, legs straight, and i could touch the ground standing up...now i cant touch my toes!...i better exercise more...I am really slack!
I've never been able to do that, I'm way out of shape.
Cut off your toes and keep them in a jar. Then you can touch them whenever you want without having to exercise. Problem solved.
I was always able to touch my toes. When you get up do morning stretchs and don't sut in front of a computer screen as much~ ^o^

It doesn't seem intensely neccessary unless involved in an acrobatically straining sport.
Bend your knees.
as with anything, its just regular practice. do stretches every day and in a few weeks time you should have regained flexibility, the body adapts quickly.
That's just WRONG!Quote:

Nod said it - a stretch routine every day that lists around 20 mins will have you more flexible in a few weeks.
