Yep, good ol' Yosh itaka. I also enjoy shi take mushrooms. :D
You can bypass the swear filter quite easily.
Yoshitaka.
But don't make it a habit. ;D
If you could just post what you wrote in your blog HERE as a post that would be great! :monster:
Never met anyone famous, well except for silly Norwegian B celebrities. :(

I tried the way that I used to bypass swear filters elsewhere, and it didn't work.
Yoshitaka.
edit: HA! yes it does!
Okies.
Words cannot express how surprised I was by the announcement of this gallery opening. Yoshitaka Amano in Sarasota. It seemed so impossible. Quite fortunately, it wasn't some off-the-wall rumor started by crazed Otaku fankids, bored by the wait for Final Fantasy XII. Nope, it was the gods' honest truth. Amano's World, an exhibit at some unnamed gallery, one which used to be a country music bar, opened on Friday - about one mile from my home, no less.
Amano flew in from Japan on Friday morning, did a (translator-aided) lecture at RSAD at about noon, then came to the gallery for the grand opening.

...of all the people I admire, here's one I never even imagined I would be able to meet. The man is remarkable. If you put a pen in his hand, he'll start drawing as though it were automatic.

He is a really nice and friendly person. Instead of simply signing his books, he does little drawings for everyone; some of which take ten or fifteen minutes. Drawing for people seems like his way of breaking the language barrier, as he speaks very little English.

So, uh, yeah... that was a once in a lifetime chance. I'm really glad I went.
The fact that he did those sketched makes him just a plain awesome person.
