How often do you delete your own posts?

I'll be deleting this post.

I try to always say meaningful things, otherwise I don't bother answering. It happens sometimes that I have to moderate myself when I double-post, though XD

I never delete my own posts. I'm too careless to see whether what I posted was stupid or not.
